OIL MIST IUBRICATION SYSTEM

Oil mist lubrication is a new type of concentrated lubrication method with thin oil. By utilizing the energy of compressed air flow, lubricating oil is atomized into 1-5 μ m oil mist particles and transmitted in the system pipeline at a speed of 5-7 m/s. The conveying pressure is maintained between 2Kpa and 20Kpa, and the transmission distance can reach 180 meters. At the lubrication point, use a suitable condensing nozzle to convert the oil mist into large particles or oil droplets, which deposit on the surface of the lubricated medium.
